Cecily Hayward
Cecily is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, with an expected graduation date of August 2026. She works with adolescents, teens, and college-aged students navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, and eating disorders, including Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Cecily understands that for many young people, distress can appear as constant worry, perfectionism, withdrawal, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. No concern is too small to explore, but always worth the effort.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. Cecily meets clients at their pace, honoring the courage it takes to show up and begin the therapeutic process.
She aims to create a nonjudgmental space where young people can feel safe to grow, heal, and move toward a more confident and resilient version of themselves. Cecily would be honored to support you as you take the next step toward your well-being.
Cecily accepts Medicaid, reduced private pay, and sliding scale.
Cecily is in our Waterville location.
